Apparently there aren’t many cabins left on Cunard’s inaugural Australian Literature Festival at Sea, so they’re urging last-minute bookers (ha!) to sign up quickly for the five-night sailing departing Sydney on 11 December 2024. Personally, I’m really excited to be meeting and hearing from so many great authors … Alexander McCall Smith … Fiona McIntosh … Anita Heiss … Graeme Simsion …Anne Buist … and the MC has just been announced as 16-time Walkley Award-winning investigative journalist Nick McKenzie. Oh, and I’d forgotten the cruise itself on the luxurious Queen Elizabeth to Hobart. I can’t wait!
