Meeting Berlin’s famous East German AMPELMANNCHEN, the old pedestrian traffic light figures that have today become an enduring symbol of the GDR, particularly after reunification. So much to see and do in Berlin, and looking at the history of both east and west, the terrible times of the Wall and the hope that blossomed after it was torn down. What an amazing city!
