I couldn’t resist looking at my trio of covers of my novels together … with the latest to be my new historical novel, The Governor, His Wife and His Mistress.
Geez, but they look beautiful together!
Obviously, no credit to me, but all thanks to Allen & Unwin artistic whizz Christa Moffitt who designed all three – the first about Elizabeth Macquaire and Elizabeth Macarthur, the second about Mary Bligh, the daughter of notorious governor and mutiny on the Bounty survivor William Bligh, and now the third about the tangled affairs of the third person to take charge of Australia, Philip Gidley King, which is out on January 7.
