Amazing to rub shoulders with such esteemed writers … Sir Alex McCall Smith (he of The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency and author of 120 books!!!) and Dr Anita Heiss, fabulous First Nations writer. Great to hear them talk in the Queen Elizabeth’s theatre — funny and heartbreaking by turn.
