Tried my hand at dragon boating at the Sydney International Regatta Centre at Penrith on the weekend. Now I understand what all the fuss is about! Hard work, great exercise, fabulous camaraderie and loads of fun. And beautiful scenery, even if you do get very wet and cold… Should have started in the summer!
