It was my dad’s 96th birthday recently, so we surprised him with lunch in Lithgow with his grandkids, who flew up from Melbourne and came in from closer to the city, and my brother from the north coast. Then another surprise – a birthday tea with all his friends, complete with cakes featuring him as an England football player number 96. Such a great day!
