Posting another pic of that amazing seaplane trip up to Newport where we had a fabulous lunch at Bert’s Bar and Brasserie. It was hosted by a number of GMs of different Mandarin Oriental hotels across the world, a few of whom were visiting Sydney for the first time. I’m sure it won’t be the last! I was lucky enough to stay in the company’s Mayfair hotel in London a couple of years ago, and it even appeared in my last book, The Duke’s Secret, as one of my main characters — loosely based on me — stayed there … just as I did!
