The only downside of the Maltese capital, Valletta seems to be the heavy traffic in rush hours which chokes the narrow streets. But, happily, we media covering the World Travel & Tourism Council’s annual global summit were never allowed to be inconvenienced by it. Instead, we were given a police escort everywhere we went to make sure of no delays to the program.
