The first sight was simply magnificent as we sailed into Norway’s longest and deepest fjord, the Sognefjord, with towering mountains, glaciers and waterfalls either side, all wreathed in atmospheric mists for our early morning arrival. Gorgeous to be drifting in, gazing at the views, and grazing on breakfast on the cabin balcony at the same time. The perfect introduction!
