I’m a firm believer in celebrating every win … and trying to forget every loss. So decided to mark the imminent last proofread of the new novel, Macarthur’s Daughters, with a slap-up dinner at one of my favourite Sydney restaurants, Altitude at the Shangri-La. Fabulous views – wow! – great food, and a lovely atmosphere. That memory will push me through the final read (hopefully).
