I reckon this is one of my favourite places in the world … the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory in Cessnock. They do a spectacular cheese tasting of their different types of cheeses, with more on offer every year. I LOVED their blue vein Hunterzola and the Brokenback 5-year aged vintage. Wow! Just to think, they’ve been going now for 30 years … It was my lucky day when I was asked to give a talk on my new book at the Cessnock Library, and could nip over there for a late tasting lunch. Is there ever a better way of combining business and pleasure?
