Just one meal and what a variety of dishes, and flavours, aboard the Aqua Nera on the Peruvian Amazon. We start with native paiche fish ceviche with sweet potatoes and corn, then move onto Andean corn and chifles with homemade chilli pepper cream sauce, and finish off with pumpkin and sweet potato fritters and meringue ice cream. Wow!
